Four Day Best of Scotland Itinerary

We created this trip for a US pharmaceutical company who wanted to reward and incentivise their top employees with a once-in-a-lifetime trip to Scotland.

Day One

Arrive at Edinburgh Airport and transfer by luxury coach to Gleneagles Hotel, Perthshire

Enroute pass by Stirling Castle, one of the most impressive and histocially significant castles in Scotland

Traditional Afternoon Tea served in a private room at Gleneagles

Falconry / Gundog display in the grounds of Gleneagles Estate

The group will be split into two and take turns to experience both activities

Delicious 3 course Dinner in the Glendevon Room at Gleneagles

Traditional Scottish Celilidh after Dinner

Watch a demonstration of traditional dances by local experts and then have a go yourself!

Day Two

Breakfast at Gleneagles Hotel

Travel by coach to a beautiful Highland Estate

After boarding comfortable Land Rovers, each person will get the chance to drive over the rugged terrain, before enjoying a warming glass of whisky in a hilltop marquee. You may even get the chance to see a majestic red deer, grouse or a golden eagle !

Mini Highland Games

Including tossing the caber, haggis hurling, archery and finishing with a bloodthirsy Highland Clan charge!

Lunch in the Grand Hall of 16th century Castle Menzies

Afternoon Tour of Glenturret Distillery, Crieff

The group will enjoy a VIP tour and whisky tasking at the oldest distillery in Scotland

Dinner in the Glendevon Restaurant, Gleneagles

Day Three

Breakfast at Gleneagles Hotel

Transfer by coach to Loch Katrine, for a boat cruise

This is the land of legendary Scottish outlaw Roby Roy and one of the most picturesque areas of Scotland. Onboard the boat, there will be entertainment and stories from Rob Roy himself, still looking good at 340 years old !

Lunch in the Inn at Kippen, a traditional country pub

Transfer by coach to Edinburgh

Free time to explore this magnificent city, enjoy some sightseeing or visit the shops

Dinner on the Royal Yacht Britannia

This formerly floating palace was the private yacht of Queen Elizabeth II for over 40 years. You will be greeted by a piper who will lead you aboard for a champagne reception in the drawing room. The group will have exclusive use of the ship, and guided tours will take place before an exquisite four course dinner is served.

Day Four

Breakfast in the Balmoral Hotel

Walking Tour of Edinburgh

Choose between the Edinburgh Palace and Castle tour, which includes the Scottish Parliament, Holyrood Palace and magnificent Edinburgh Castle, or the Edinburgh Architecture Tour, which takes in the fascinating neo-classical New Town and the historic Royal Mile.

Transfer by coach to Edinburgh Airport for flight home
