Three Day Helicopter Tour of the Western lsles

We created this very special trip for a couple who wanted to celebrate an anniversary with friends and dazzle them with the very best of Scotland’s scenic beauty.

Day One

Arrive at Glasgow airport, met by private chauffeur and transferred to the 5 star Cameron House Hotel on Loch Lomond

Dinner in the Boat House Restaurant, Cameron House Hotel

Day Two

Breakfast at Cameron House Hotel

Be collected by your private helicopter in the grounds of Cameron House Hotel

Your private guide will be onboard waiting for you

Take off over beautiful Loch Lomond and head north to Glencoe

This area was featured in the Harry Potter film ‘Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban’

Land at the stunning Glenfinnan Viaduct for a wander around and photo opportunity

Land for lunch at the Airds Hotel, Argyll

Originally an 18th century ferry inn, now a 4 star hotel and restaurant

Fly westwards over to the Isle of Mull

Land and visit Duart Castle, Isle of Mull

the ancestral home of the Clan Maclean, perched on a rocky outcrop overlooking the sea

Fly back to the mainland, stopping in the picturesque village of Callander

Return to Cameron House Hotel for dinner and overnight

Day Three

After breakfast, be collected again by your private helicopter in the grounds of the hotel

Fly over to the Isle of Bute for a visit to Mount Stuart

Mount Stuart is one of the most outstanding Gothic Revival buildings in the UK

Fly over the Isle of Arran and stop for lunch at the Ugadale Hotel, Macrihanish, Argyll

the hotel nestles in a southwest corner of the Kintyre peninsula, and commands stunning views over the Atlantic Ocean

Fly over to the Isle of Islay for a visit to Ardbeg Whisky Distillery

the distillery produces arguably the most strongly flavoured Scotch malt whisky

Fly back to Cameron House Hotel

your route takes you over the Paps (Mountains) of Jura, the Gulf of Corryvreckan and the Crinan Canal

Dinner and overnight at the Cameron House Hotel
